For business owners

Plans that decide what a listing can do

Every business on the register has a free listing whether it wants one or not — that is what an imported directory is. Paying changes three things: who controls the data, how visible it is, and whether enquiries reach an inbox or a void.

All prices exclude VAT. Plan tier carries a start and end date, so featured placement expires on its own rather than needing to be cancelled.

What each tier unlocks

Each row below is a permission check in the database, not a UI decision — which is why the ops console can enforce them.

Free listings are not a loss leader They are the product. A directory with 68 businesses is useless; one with 6,800 imported from Google is worth searching. Paid tiers monetise the traffic that volume creates.
Claiming is free, always Ownership verification is never behind a paywall. An owner can correct wrong data on a free listing — otherwise the register fills with errors nobody is allowed to fix.
Featured has a hard cap Three featured slots per subcategory per city, sold on a rotating window. Uncapped featuring destroys the credibility of the ranking, and with it the traffic.
